About the Jewelry
Is Phia Luxx jewelry really waterproof?
Yes. Our gold-plated pieces are designed to be worn in the shower, while working out, and at the pool or beach. The thick gold layer over stainless steel won't fade or tarnish from water exposure.
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
No. The stainless steel base prevents the green-skin issue that comes with cheaper metals, and our gold plating is thick enough to hold up over time.
Is the jewelry hypoallergenic?
Our stainless steel base is generally well-tolerated by people with metal sensitivities. If you have a known nickel allergy, please test a piece before wearing for extended periods.
What sizes do you carry?
Sizing varies by piece check the individual product page for measurements. Our Mini Luxx line is sized specifically for kids, preteens, and teens.

How should I clean my pieces?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and warm water, then pat dry. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and ultrasonic cleaners.
How should I store my jewelry?
Store pieces individually in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box to prevent scratching. Keep away from direct sunlight and extreme humidity.
Can I wear it while sleeping?
You can, but pieces last longer when given a break. Removing jewelry before sleep also helps prevent snagging on bedding.
Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Most US orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes free standard US shipping on all orders over $100.
What's your return policy?
If something isn't right, email us at phialuxx@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
