Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order.  Should the processing take longer, you will receive an email.

**Occasionally, processing time may need to be extended due to unforeseen circumstances.  At such time, the website banner will provide a notification for when the orders will go out.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping:  Free shipping is offered on orders over $150.  Orders over $300 qualify for free expedited shipping.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@phialuxx.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
